Our rates start at 6.50 % fixed. Our rates are fixed simple interest with no prepayment penalties. The terms for non-commercial use aircraft are as long as 20 years with NO BALLOONS for loans under $2.5 million. Our title fee, which includes all the title work and an escrow closing, starts at a low of $375, with a high of $1,500 for loans over $1 million. There are no points or any hidden costs.
